1. Overview
At Glixarexchron, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with every order of Calvorin. This Return & Refund Policy sets out your rights and our obligations in relation to returns, exchanges, and refunds. It is written in compliance with the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act (Konsumentköplagen, SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, SFS 2005:59), and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
As a consumer purchasing from us via the internet (distance contract), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear, unambiguous statement (for example, by email). You may use the following model withdrawal form or any other clear statement:

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date you notify us. Notification must be sent before the 14-day period expires.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where the goods are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
This means:
- Unopened products: You may return the product within 14 days for a full refund.
- Opened products: Once the tamper-evident seal on the Calvorin bottle has been broken, the product cannot be returned for a refund for hygiene and health protection reasons.
This exception is consistent with Swedish Distansavtalslagen and EU consumer protection law.
4. Return Process
- Contact us at teamask-info@glixarexchron.world or by phone at +4617310003 within the 14-day withdrawal period to notify us of your intention to return.
- We will provide you with a return reference number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
- Ship the product to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is accepted, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including the original standard delivery charges you paid (if any). We will not reimburse any additional delivery charges if you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard offering.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned goods (or from the date you provide proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to an alternative. We do not charge a fee for processing refunds.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Under Swedish consumer protection law (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to:
- Demand repair or replacement of the defective product
- Receive a price reduction
- Cancel the purchase and receive a full refund
Defects discovered within 6 months of delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of purchase unless we can demonstrate otherwise. Please retain any photographs or evidence of the defect and contact us at teamask-info@glixarexchron.world with your order details and a description of the issue.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrectly supplied items.
7. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched before we receive your cancellation request, you will need to follow the return process described in Section 4 above.
